New door,… Read more Believe you installed original door 30 years ago when neighborhood was built in 1992. Used you for upgrades on springs, cables, rollers, etc over the years. Always fast and efficient. New door, motor, etc installation this week. Excellent technicians, explained everything. Only issue is Too much communication. Was told no text, emails only. Received install date 5/22, as parts would be in Friday 5/19. text date changed to 5/18, but wasn't supposed to get text. Very confused at that point.

Paul helped me to pick an option that could be installed in 3 days and would not be too expensive. The installer was her 2.5 hours and
I now have a functioning door. Awesome experience.

The majority of people I dealt with (from initial contact all the way through to installation) were so helpful and friendly. The doors we purchased are gorgeous and high-quality. The installer was professional and kind. The estimate process was quick and responsive. As with any multi-contact undertaking, each person with whom you interact will vary. I think most people at Atlas door systems love their job and it shows.
