They were able to get… Read more I had a spring break on my garage door on a Sunday. With a tandem garage and snow in the forecast, it was a major inconvenience. So I called Atlas first thing Monday morning. They were able to get someone out early that afternoon. The installer immediately diagnosed the problem, and suggested another improvement to the system (which is quite old). He finished within an hour, and the doors works like new, quieter than it was before. I could not recommend Atlas more highly.

I had a cable snap on the torsion bar of a garage door. The repair was done in a timely manner, as well as an excellent manner. The repair man, James, appeared extremely competent in his work. He went over and above to not just fix the immediate problem, but to trouble shoot and replace some parts that could have been problematic in the near future. And this is exactly what I want in any type of repair.

I was very happy to talk to an employee who knew garage doors and evaluated exactly how much it would cost to repair it.
