The technician, James, arrived at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job with the installation and cleanup, He further explained how to maintain the system. We are very pleased with the entire process and final product.

The lovely woman in the office (my mind is blank right now) helped with scheduling & answering questions I initially had. Paul was great, coming right away to get the ball rolling. He explained everything with no pressure. And Ricky came to do a brilliant install. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Everyone from the salesmen Paul, to our installer James were nothing but professional but more importantly very concerned with me! Paul’s responses to my multiple emails and questions were handled the same day every time with a smile and James the installer I had was nothing but friendly and very meticulous in his work.

Marianna in the office was easy to talk to and on top of the scheduling out questions I had. Jim the installer was very professional and his cleaning up was great. His knowledge was seconds to none.
